We are able to provide virtual viewings of our homes in the first instance; however, for those who would like to visit in person, we are able to welcome two adults from the same household, by appointment only.

Please note, you must be pre-qualified to be eligible for an appointment. You will also be asked a set of screening questions and will be provided with clear guidance in the viewing confirmation email as to how the viewing will be conducted. Please ensure you read this guidance in full prior to your appointment.
If you or anyone in your household is shielding, self-isolating or showing any symptoms of Coronavirus you will be unable to view. In this instance, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment with our sales team.
Prior to your appointment, you will be asked the screening questions for a second time. Please arrive 5 minutes before your allocated appointment time and wait inside your vehicle until you are invited into the home by our sales advisor.
Your appointment will be kept to a maximum 15-minute slot, this will allow our sales advisor to clean the home ahead of the next viewing.
You will be asked to use the hand sanitiser provided and follow 2m social distancing rules at all times.
Our sales advisors will wait outside the property during the viewing. Any questions you have will be answered after the viewing by phone or email.
All marketing literature including the brochure will be provided via email, unfortunately we will not be able to provide hard copies at your appointment.
We will request that you leave the doors open to minimise surfaces being touched. Please note the toilets and sinks in the show home will not be in use.
